The elegant apartment BERMUDA BEACH 5 is located on the GROUND FLOOR in the quiet residential complex EL MIRADOR DE BERMUDA BEACH. The apartment is very close to the communal pool, so you can always keep an eye on your children while lying on your private terrace.

The apartment was completely and extensively renovated in 2021: new windows and doors, modern kitchen and new bathrooms were installed. The terrace floor was also completely replaced...

The apartment was furnished very brightly and modernly. The centerpiece is the very spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a large dining table for 6 people.

The large 60" LED TV with cable TV (also BBC & ITV) and the fast internet connection via fiber optic cable ensure good entertainment.

Immediately adjacent is the modern open kitchen with all the extras and a bar counter in the living room: so you can cook well and look out to sea...

From the living room and master bedroom you can access the partially covered terrace. This is very spacious and offers a beautiful dining table for 6 people, a second bar table with 4 armchairs, a comfortable lounge sofa, parasol, WEBER gas grill and 2 sun loungers. Here you can enjoy the fantastic sea view while having breakfast.

A hallway off the living room leads to both bedrooms. The guest bedroom offers lovely pool and sea views and is furnished with 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe and office desk. This bedroom has its own modern shower room in the corridor / just opposite. In this bathroom is the washing machine and tumble dryer.

At the end of the hall is the large master bedroom with its own en-suite full bath and walk-in closet. In addition to a large double bed (180X200cm), this bedroom offers a second 60" LED TV with cable TV (also BBC & ITV). This bedroom offers a large window front with access to the terrace in front of it.

The apartment also has air conditioning (hot/cold) and an underground parking space (additional charges).
Location
The urbanisation 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located on the very first beachline between the city of Estepona and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas/ Manilva. The complex offers private paddle tennis court, spacious garden and community pools direct on the beach. Each apartment has enormous terraces with 100mē and unforgetable views over the beach, the Rock of Gibraltar and Africas coastline: a perfect holiday home for summer and winter! The complex has direct access to the beach. Just 100 meters away is a very good restaurant. In walking distance you will find the Albayt Golf & Country Club with restaurant, large SPA and golf - we offer discounted rates. In the village next door you will find numerious shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, tapas-bars, bakery and pastery. Every sunday here is one of the biggest markets in the region.

The bigger city of Estepona is just 7 km. far away.

All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment has air conditioning systems for heating and cooling troughout, sattelite TV and offers amazing seaviews. The main balcony terrace is facing out to the open sea. On this terrace you will find garden table and 3 sunloungers. The apartment offers further an very spacious roof terrace with over 80mē with panoramic seaviews over Gibraltar and the African coast. The south-west orientation allows you to enjoy the sun untill late evening!

Prices are per night for self-catering with a maximum occupancy of up to 4 people including electricity, water, air conditioning for heating / cooling, satellite TV.

Extra cosst:

(obligatory) flat rate surcharge for towels, bed linen and final cleaning upon departure EUR 150,-;
(on request) wireless high-speed WLAN internet access via fiber optic cable: EUR 3,-/ per night (for up to 5 devices at the same time);
(on request) rental of 1 X underground parking spot: EUR 3,-/ per night;
(on request) rental of a children's travel cot with bed linen EUR 5,-/ per night;
(on request) rental of a high chair EUR 3,-/ night;
(on request) additional interim cleaning of bathrooms & complete change of towels and bed linen for EUR 79,-/ clean;
(on request) rental of pool / beach towels: EUR 7,-/ piece for the entire duration of the stay;
(on request) surcharge for additional person: EUR 50,-/ per night;
(obligatory) refundable deposit of EUR 200, - (in case of proper departure, the deposit will be transferred back to the customer's account within 14 days).

MINIMUM STAY FROM 3 NIGHTS (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR from 5 nights, EASTER from 4 nights & HIGH SEASON from 7 nights)

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount is requested.

2. Final payment (50%) due 31 days before the day of arrival.

3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payments may be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD).

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.

2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as stated in the reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date on which the cancellation was received applies!


1. If more than 60 days before arrival - full reimbursement of all payments made (free cancellation!)

2. between 60 and 31 days before arrival - loss of 50% of the total rental amount (loss of reservation payment)

3. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount
