We rent out an unique ground floor apartment with nicely pool- and seaviews. The property is located on the very first beach line in luxury community with 2 large pools. The holiday apartment is located just infront of the first/ smaller community pool.

The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a modern style. There is a comfortable lounge area consisting of large sofa and 2 armchairs infront of the fireplace. On the other side is the comfortbale dining area, which can suite up to 6 people. Numerious unique decoratiions, candellavers, pictures and mirrors are creating a cosy ambience.

From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the private garden and the near community pool. From the sunny terrace you enjoy also nicely seaviews. On the terrace is a large gardentable with 6 chairs, comfortable outside lounge consisting of a 3-seater sofa, armchair and coffe table. You will find also 2 private sunloungers in the private garden infront of the terrace.

Both bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with windows and under floor heating. The master bedroom has direct acces to the covered terrace and offers directly pool- and seaviews. Here you will find large double bed and a large en-suite-bathroom with double bassin, WC, bidet, bath and separate shower cubic. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and an en-suite shower room with bassin, WC and shower cubic.

Beside the entrance hall is the spacious fully equipped modern kitchen mit BOSCH-appliances.

The property has an air conditioning system throughout, cable TV with more than 190 national and international TV programms, WIFI Highspeed-Internet-access (extra costs) and underground parking place (extra costs).

Just beside the complex you will find 2 beachrestaurants and a beachclub of the 5-star-hotel Finca Cortesin, so no need to use a car to have a great meal on the beach!

San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The Restaurant BAHIA BEACH offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.

All modern comforts are provided in these privately-owned apartments which have been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. Each one has air conditioning and a separate covered terrace or balcony facing out to sea. You can use one of 2 swimming pools! Our apartment is located just infront of one of the community pools!

Prices are per night for self-catering with a maximum occupancy of up to 4 people including electricity, water, air conditioning for heating / cooling, satellite TV.

Extra cost:

(obligatory) flat rate surcharge for towels, bed linen and final cleaning upon departure EUR 130,-;

(on request) wireless high-speed WLAN internet access via fiber optic cable: EUR 3,-/ per night (for up to 5 devices at the same time);

(on request) rental of 1 X underground parking spot: EUR 3,-/ per night;

(on request) rental of a children's travel cot with bed linen EUR 5,-/ per night;

(on request) rental of a high chair EUR 3,-/ night;

(on request) additional interim cleaning of bathrooms & complete change of towels and bed linen for EUR 69,-/ clean;

(on request) rental of pool / beach towels: EUR 7,-/ piece for the entire duration of the stay;

(on request) surcharge for additional person: EUR 35,-/ per night;

(obligatory) refundable deposit of EUR 200, - (in case of proper departure, the deposit will be transferred back to the customer's account within 14 days).

MINIMUM STAY FROM 3 NIGHTS (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR from 5 nights, EASTER from 4 nights & HIGH SEASON from 7 nights)


1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount is requested.

2. Final payment (50%) due 31 days before the day of arrival.

3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.


Payments may be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD).


1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.

2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as stated in the reservation confirmation.


Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date on which the cancellation was received applies!

1. If more than 60 days before arrival - full reimbursement of all payments made (free cancellation!)

2. between 60 and 31 days before arrival - loss of 50% of the total rental amount (loss of reservation payment)

3. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount
