Spacious south-west facing ground floor apartment for rent right on the beach. This apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore very easy to reach.
The apartment is very spacious and very high quality and modern furnishings. The focal point is of course the spacious living room with fireplace and separate dining area. In front of the fireplace you have 2 comfortable sofas with pool and sea views. Immediately adjacent is the large modern open kitchen with all the extras.
From the living room you have direct access to the 25m² covered terrace with a beautiful view of the first pool and the open sea. On the terrace there is a large dining table for 6 people, comfortable lounge furniture and 2 sun loungers in the private garden.
The terrace faces south-west, so you can enjoy direct sunshine even in the colder months. Enjoy the beautiful weather here and listen to the birds and palm trees.
Both bedrooms are very spacious and both have built in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms with under floor heating. In the master bedroom is a large double bed with 180X200cm. Here you have beautiful sea views and direct access to the large terrace. In the second bedroom are 2 single beds with 90X190cm. This bedroom has a shower room.
On the other side of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area. The apartment is completely air-conditioned (warm/cold), offers satellite TV with all national and international TV stations (BBC, ITV...) German channels and underground parking space.
Just in front of your terrace is a 30m² private garden where you can relax in the sun. The largest pool in the complex is right in front of it. Access to the beach is easy and direct, through a gate next to the pool. At every corner of the complex there is a restaurant with a large selection of dishes and parasol and sun lounger rental & next to it even the beach club of the 5-star hotel Finca Cortesin.
In this part of the complex you have a total of 4 large pools. 2 pools are heated in the winter months!

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date of receipt of the cancellation applies!

2. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.
Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.
The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.
San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen! |
