Luxury and spacious villa with private garden and pool for rent! The villa has been built in year 2004 and offers 255mē built surface plus 82mē on terraces (42mē covered) on a plot of 900mē! There is a large parking area and private tropical garden with large pool of 8m x 4m! The plot is totally enclosed and is midst 2 other villas. The plot is located in a small complex of private villas in short distance to beach, village mith amenties and 3 golf courses in less than 1,5 kms.

The plot is totally level and you can drive with your car direct till the entrance of the villa. There are no steps! On the parking area there is space for several cars.

The ground level offers 164m2 of built surface plus 57mē on terraces (42mē covered). There is a spacious entrance hall with lot of storage room due to built-in wardrobes and separate guest toilet. The 45mē large living room offers a dining area and large living area with fireplace. The open planed kitchen is on the side and fully equipped. It offers separate dining room and utility room with washing mashine and tumble dryer. From kitchen and living room you have direct access to the terrace and garden. On the main terrace there is an outside dining table and separate lounge area consiting of 2-seater-sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. The village next door with numerious supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants is San Luis de Sabinillas (1,5 km.) Just 2 km. away is the small and nicely marina port of "Puerto de la Duquesa" with several bars, sport bars, fitness center, drycleaning, restaurants, intenernet cafes and hairdresser.

The next bigger city is Estepona with 50.000 citizens and just 8 kms. far away.

In the radius of 5 kms, you can find more than 6 Golfcourses: Casares Costa Golf, Dona Julia Golf, Finca Cortesin Golf, Duquesa Golf, Estepona Golf and Valle Romano Golf!

Prices are per night for self-catering with a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people including electricity, water, air conditioning for heating / cooling, satellite TV.

Extra cost:

(obligatory) flat rate surcharge for towels, bed linen and final cleaning upon departure EUR 290,-;
(on request) wireless high-speed WLAN internet access via fiber optic cable: EUR 3,-/ per night (for up to 5 devices at the same time);
(on request) rental of a children's travel cot with bed linen EUR 5,-/ per night;
(on request) rental of a high chair EUR 3,-/ night;
(on request) additional interim cleaning of bathrooms & complete change of towels and bed linen for EUR 169,-/ clean;
(on request) rental of pool / beach towels: EUR 7,-/ piece for the entire duration of the stay;
(on request) surcharge for additional person: EUR 35,-/ per night;
(obligatory) refundable deposit of EUR 500, - (in case of proper departure, the deposit will be transferred back to the customer's account within 14 days).

MINIMUM STAY FROM 3 NIGHTS (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR from 5 nights, EASTER from 4 nights & HIGH SEASON from 7 nights)


1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount is requested.

2. Final payment (50%) due 31 days before the day of arrival.

3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.


Payments may be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD).


1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.

2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as stated in the reservation confirmation.


Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date on which the cancellation was received applies!

1. If more than 60 days before arrival - full reimbursement of all payments made (free cancellation!)

2. between 60 and 31 days before arrival - loss of 50% of the total rental amount (loss of reservation payment)

3. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount
